We endeavour to ensure that you are happy with your order, should you have reason to make a complaint please contact us.


As a new business we welcome all feedback to help us grow and improve our products and services.

We accept BACS or Paypal payments for made to order cards. We must receive payment before the order will be made.


Once an order has been started we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds.

We try to protect our items as much as possible. However, should your order arrive damaged, please contact us and provide a photograph of the item. 


We may ask you to post the item back to us, sorry but we will not refund this postage.

Our cards and mache boxes are not suitable for children under 6 years of age due to small parts.


Our plush items are not suitable for children under 36 months.


Globes should be kept away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. 


Do not leave battery items operating unattended. Please dispose of used batteries properly.

Should you require a replacement, we will endeavour to do so, however please allow up to 7 days (for a card) and 14 days (for a picture) to be made and delivered.


If you require a refund, we will refund the cost and original postage charge only.

We send our items Recorded delivery via Royal Mail. 


Once we have passed your item to them, the delivery process is beyond our control. 


Please allow plenty of time for your items to arrive, we will not accept responsibility or provide refunds for items that arrive late.


Please allow up to 7 days for a card.


Please allow up to 14 days for a picture.
